The shipping cost was a bit higher than I expected, but overall it was still a okay experience

I placed my order for Christmas and expected some delays with the holiday rush, but this took way longer than it should have. I kept checking for updates and it almost felt like I was begging just to find out where my package was. By the time it finally showed up, I was more frustrated than excited

My bills were right on the money every single time. No random mystery fees or weird extra charges popping up out of nowhere, which feels like a small miracle these days. That was pretty much all I wanted, and they nailed it.

I don’t know, something just feels off when using it. The pages took a while to load, and trying to find basic info was more annoying than it should’ve been. It wasn’t impossible to use, but it definitely felt clunky.

I trusted my gut reaching out to them, and I’m glad I did. They replied really quickly every time and got the issue fixed without any hassle

I started out just trying to track down a couple of older vegetable varieties that I remember seeing in gardens years ago, and somehow ended up browsing RH Shumway for quite a while. They had way more heirloom seeds than I expected, including beans and tomatoes I never see at my local stores. The site was easy enough to use, so I placed an order and waited to see how everything arrived. The packets came packed just fine, and it was nice to find a place that carries some of those harder-to-find garden seeds. I’d definitely order from them again.

The shipping took way too long. I get that delays happen, but this felt like forever. I kept checking the tracking and basically nothing changed for days, which was super frustrating. Not exactly the smooth shopping experience I was hoping for.

I ordered from rhshumway.com once and yeah, my stuff did show up, so no big drama there. It just arrived a little later than I thought it would, and the tracking was kinda confusing tbh. Not a bad experience, but not exactly awesome either — just average overall.

It looks legitimate to me, and to be fair, I haven’t seen anything that would make me say otherwise. That said, I’d still take a little time to double-check things before fully trusting it.

From what I remember, the checkout did go through without any real issues, but it felt a bit slower and more awkward than I expected. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I thought it would be...

The catalog is decent enough and it’s been helpful when I can find what I need, but browsing through it feels clunky. My bigger frustration is that it’s not really clear who owns what, so when something looks outdated or confusing, I’m not sure who to ask or who’s responsible for fixing it...

I ordered from rhshumway.com and, the packaging was better than I was expecting. The box was sturdy, taped up good, and there wasn’t anything sliding around inside like you sometimes get with a delivery.

Everything arrived clean and in good shape, with no dents or weird damage. You can tell they put a little care into packing it, which I appreciate. I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered a few seed packs from rhshumway.com, and they seemed really fresh (not like those old, dried-out seeds you sometimes get). Most of them sprouted quickly once I planted them in my garden, so I’m happy with the quality so far.

I bought this a little while ago, or maybe it was just last week, but either way the pricing seemed fine. Nothing felt wildly overpriced, but I also didn’t walk away thinking I’d found some amazing deal. It’s decent for what you pay, just kind of average value overall.

The size, details, and condition all matched, as far as I could tell. No weird surprises when I opened it up, which I definitely appreciated

I had an item on backorder and expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but it went smoothly. They kept me in the loop the whole time, with updates like “we’re still waiting on stock” and “it should be moving soon.” It actually shipped earlier than I thought it would, so no complaints here.

In my experience, the plants came up without much trouble at first, so I thought they were going to do well. But after that they stayed weak and never really filled out. By the end, the yield was lower than I expected, so it just didn’t work out great for me.

I’m not totally sure all the varieties matched what they were supposed to be. Some of the labels seemed off, or, well, maybe mixed up, so it was a little hard to tell what was what

I had a good experience with their customer service. They were easy to get in touch with and actually helped me figure out what I needed, which I appreciated. My questions were answered without it feeling like a hassle or anything. Overall, they were nice to deal with, and I’d use rhshumway.com again…

I had a bit of a nightmare with my order and thought I was about to be stuck in customer service limbo forever. But they got back to me really quickly and fixed everything without turning it into some huge saga. Super relieved and really appreciated how easy they made it. I’d definitely use R.H. Shumway again.
